Due to the nature of our products, Wings of Success LLC has a policy of no refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders.  We will replace materials with the same product version only when the materials are defective or there are problems of workmanship.  If you have a concern, please contact us at 1-888-871-1780 or orders@wingsofsuccess.com and we will work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction.

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

3.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

4. For orders that are damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to contact the handler and replace the damaged merchandise.
